Four projects. Four numbers.
Every case study here states the problem, what we did, and what changed afterward — filter by service if you want to see one discipline at a time.
FIG. 02 — CASE STUDY
Website Design & Development · Growth tier
Havelbüro
Problem
Havelbüro's founder had built the booking product itself, but the marketing site was a single-page directory listing with no clear pitch. Visitors couldn't tell what made it different from a generic listings site, and signups stalled at the pricing question.
Approach
A full Website Design & Development engagement at the Growth tier: we rebuilt the information architecture around three visitor types — host, tenant, broker — wrote a clear pricing explainer, and replaced the templated booking widget with a custom component system.
Outcome
Signup completion on the pricing page rose from an estimated 9% to 21% in the eight weeks after launch. The site went from brief to launch in 6 weeks.

Brand Identity & Logo Design · Signature tier
Kiel & Nord
Problem. Kiel & Nord, a sustainable outdoor-apparel brand expanding into its first retail partnership, had a functional logo but no system. Every product drop used different type, colour and packaging conventions — inconsistency retail buyers flagged before agreeing to stock the line.
Approach. A Signature-tier identity engagement: full mark refinement, a documented colour/type system, and a packaging and social kit built from the same guidelines document.
Outcome. The retail partnership that had stalled on "brand readiness" confirmed within three weeks of delivery. The guidelines document has since been used by two external print vendors with no follow-up questions to dandesigner.

E-Commerce Design · Growth tier
Ludwigshof Feinkost
Problem
Ludwigshof Feinkost, a specialty food and grocery DTC seller on an existing Shopify-class platform, ran a generic theme that produced traffic but a weak conversion rate. The product-detail pages didn’t communicate the provenance story that justified the price point.
Approach
A Growth-tier storefront redesign: a custom category and product-detail system emphasising provenance and sourcing detail, without a platform migration.
Outcome
Conversion rate on redesigned product pages improved by 34% over the following quarter. Average order value rose 12% on the same set.

UI/UX & Product Design · Product tier
Trelio Health
Problem. Trelio Health, an early-stage telemedicine and patient-scheduling product in the DACH market, had a validated product losing a large share of new patients during onboarding — and support was fielding repeat questions the interface itself should have answered.
Approach. A Product-tier UX audit and redesign: a 12-page audit document identifying the exact drop-off points, followed by a redesigned onboarding flow (up to 40 screens) and an interactive prototype handed to the client’s developers.
Outcome. Onboarding completion rate rose from 61% to 84%. Onboarding-related support tickets fell by roughly 40% in the following two months.
