How VAT works here
- All prices shown are net (excl. 19% German VAT). Checkout adds the VAT line explicitly — you always see the gross total before confirming.
- Registered in Germany (DE): 19% VAT applies to the net price.
- Registered elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT ID: VAT shows as €0.00 — reverse charge (Art. 196 VAT Directive). You self-assess VAT in your own country; enter your VAT ID at checkout and the line updates automatically.
- Outside the EU: no German VAT is charged. You may owe import or use tax under your own country's rules — that's between you and your local tax authority, not dandesigner.
What "included" actually means
- Every tier card states exactly what's included, what turnaround to expect, and how many revision rounds are built into the price.
- "Not included" is stated on every service page — deliberately, not as a footnote. If your project needs something outside a tier's scope, say so before you order and we'll scope an add-on or a quote, never a surprise invoice mid-project.
- Monthly subscription tiers (Design Subscription) bill month to month with no minimum term — pause or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@dandesigner.com.
Fixed scope, fixed price
The scope agreed at kickoff is the scope you're billed for. If we haven't delivered what's listed on your tier card, we keep working until we have — no additional invoice for the stated deliverables.
One business day
Every enquiry and every order gets a reply from Daniel personally within one business day — not an autoresponder, not a ticket number.
Cancel before kickoff, full refund
Change your mind before work begins and you get a full refund. Once a project has started, the cancellation ladder in the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. Subscriptions pause or cancel anytime, no contract.

Pricing & payment
Real. Every tier card states the exact net price for the exact scope listed. "From €X,XXX" only appears on the three quote-only tiers, where scope genuinely varies too much for a fixed number.
Checkout ends with a payment-method choice: invoice (bank transfer, 14 days), SEPA transfer on deposit, or a secure card payment link sent by email. No card number is ever collected on this site.
No — prices are shown net, excl. 19% VAT. Checkout adds the VAT line explicitly, or switches to reverse charge if you enter a valid non-DE EU VAT ID. Full detail on /pricing/ §9.
Full refund if you cancel before the project starts. Once work has begun, the cancellation ladder in the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies — see /legal/refund-policy/ for the exact terms, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers.
