No. Every fixed-price package can be added to cart and checked out without speaking to anyone first. A 20-minute fit call is available if you want one, but it’s optional, not a gate.

Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–16:00 CET. Enquiries and orders outside those hours still get a reply within one business day.

Use the "not sure which?" decision aid on /services/ or submit a brief from /contact/ marked "not sure" — Daniel will point you to the right service or scope, and there’s no charge for that conversation.

Real. Every tier card states the exact net price for the exact scope listed. "From €X,XXX" only appears on the three quote-only tiers, where scope genuinely varies too much for a fixed number.

Checkout ends with a payment-method choice: invoice (bank transfer, 14 days), SEPA transfer on deposit, or a secure card payment link sent by email. No card number is ever collected on this site.

No — prices are shown net, excl. 19% VAT. Checkout adds the VAT line explicitly, or switches to reverse charge if you enter a valid non-DE EU VAT ID. Full detail on /pricing/ §9.

Full refund if you cancel before the project starts. Once work has begun, the cancellation ladder in the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies — see /legal/refund-policy/ for the exact terms, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers.

It doesn’t, silently. The scope agreed at kickoff is what you’re billed for. If something genuinely new comes up, we tell you and agree an add-on before doing the work — never a surprise line on the final invoice.

Stated on every tier card — typically 2 rounds on entry tiers, 3 on the popular tier. Extra rounds beyond that are billed at a stated hourly rate, agreed with you before the work starts.

Tell us as soon as you know. A later date is easy to accommodate; an earlier one depends on the current queue — say so before you order if your date is fixed.

Not as part of a one-off package — handover includes source files and a usage guide. If you need ongoing capacity, the Design Subscription is built exactly for that.
