Daniel Anders, Creative Director

Daniel founded dandesigner in Berlin-Spandau in 2019. He reads every brief personally before it becomes a scope sheet, runs every kickoff call, and signs every case study on this site. For work outside his own hands-on capacity — development, motion, copy — he brings in a small, vetted network of collaborators, scoped per project. There's no account-manager layer between you and the person doing the work.

[ 03 ] PRINCIPLES

What we do

  • Custom-style every fixed-price tier from the studio's own production system — the system is fixed, not the layout.
  • State what isn't included on every service page, next to what is.
  • Publish the price, the turnaround and the revision count before you have to ask.

What we don't do

  • We don't build from page-builder themes or logo generators — every deliverable is drawn and built to the brief.
  • We don't hide behind a "let's hop on a call to discuss pricing" wall — the price is already on the page you're reading.
  • We don't pad a five-person team grid to look bigger than we are — one Creative Director, a small vetted network brought in per project, stated honestly.

    Brief

    Artifact: a scoped one-page brief, signed off by you

    You tell us what you need and what "done" looks like. We turn it into a one-page brief before any price is final.

  2. 02

    Kickoff

    Artifact: a 12-page audit or scope sheet, depending on the service

    Daniel reviews the brief and delivers a working document — an audit, a scope sheet, a moodboard-free brief — before design starts.

  3. 03

    Build

    Artifact: versioned drafts, reviewed on a fixed schedule

    Design and build run against the timeline stated at kickoff, with a fixed number of revision rounds.
