FAQ
No. Essential and Growth are custom-styled from the studio’s own production system — the system is what’s fixed, not the layout. Two sites at the same tier don’t look alike.
Yes, by default — we design and structure around copy you provide or commission. If you want us to write it, say so in your brief; copywriting is quoted as an add-on, not bundled silently into the price.
Say so before you order. Either we scope it as a custom quote (Premium) or we agree a per-page add-on before kickoff — never a surprise invoice partway through.
Most Essential and Growth projects use an existing brand as-is. If your brand itself needs work first, we flag it in the audit rather than quietly designing around a weak mark — see Brand Identity & Logo Design.
Extra rounds are billed at a stated hourly rate, agreed before the work starts — never added to the final invoice without your sign-off.
